The Seller shall pay 10% of the sales consideration per year with effect from 1st August 2018 till 31.07.2023 for a period of five years and the rent shall be paid by the seller to the buyer before the 5th calendar day of every month.
The buyer shall be provided 15 calendar days in a year to visit and stay in his property free of cost. There shall be no rental deduction during this period.
